Internal solid-state transfer switch automatically connects the internal battery to LED lamp heads for minimum 90-minute emergency illumination.
Fully automatic solid-state, two-rate charger initiates battery charging to recharge a discharged battery in 24 hours.

Surface mount via quick-connect back plate; fits most standard size junction boxes and snaps into place to make internal electrical connections.

Injection-molded, engineering-grade, 5VA flame retardant, high-impact, thermoplastic in white or black finish.

Five year warranty on all electronics and housing. Batteries pro-rated for five years.

Meets UL924, NFPA101 Life Safety Code, NEC, OSHA, Local and State Codes.

In order to avoid battery drainage, the battery included does not come connected within the unit when shipped. Please make sure to have the battery connected before testing.

Note: This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods with a price of more than 50 US dollars, purchased from the store.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, our store will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship. Under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?
The company will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or exchange the product with the new one.

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from our store is 60 days from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or parts assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage NOT resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
